What's your Plan? Now adays with the job market at an all-time flooding how do you measure up? At every interview the common question everyone is faced with is, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" If you don't have an answer for that you may as well just shake the interviewers hand, say thanks for your time and walk out. If you are prepared to give them an answer all the more power to you. Make sure it's what they want to hear and make sure you believe it whether or not you want to.
